The Norwood Football Club has re-affirmed their support for senior coach Jarrod Cotton by extending his contract for a further three years.
Cotton arrived at the Parade at the start of the 2017 Season and is preparing to take his team to the finals for the second year in succession.
Cotton said it was good to have the agreement settled on the eve of the finals series.
“It’s really exciting for me and the football club,” Cotton said.
“As a Coach you want to have success, but it’s more about where the club is heading and the direction we are heading in as a group.
“We have transitioned our squad over the last 12-18 months and I am excited about the next phase of our progression.
“I’m very humbled and can’t thank the club more for their support.”
Norwood Football Club Chief Executive Officer James Fantasia said it was satisfying to lock Cotton in to a new deal with September looming.
“Jarrod has done a terrific job in his second year as senior coach,” Fantasia said.
“He has improved the squad list as a whole and is highly regarded by players, staff and club officials.
“We look forward to the next three years with Jarrod at the forefront of our football club.”
