We take a look at which Redlegs are in the selection mix for our Second Semi-Final against the Eagles at the Adelaide Oval on Sunday afternoon.
The week off looks like it could be the difference for injured Norwood stars Matt Panos and Michael Talia, with both on course to play in Sunday’s second semi-final against the Eagles.
Panos missed the Redlegs Round 19 Match against the Panthers with bone bruising while Michael Talia hasn’t featured for Norwood since Round 15 with a back problem.
Both players are on course to feature this Sunday however will be monitored as the week progresses.
Speedster Anthony Wilson is a certain starter for Norwood after missing Round 19 due to work commitments, while a number of Reserves players are putting their hand up for selection.
Cole Gerloff has been in red hot form after collecting 29 touches, eight marks and ten tackles in his last outing against the Panthers.
Callum Bartlett has also been in impressive for Norwood and did his chances of a recall no harm against the Panthers collecting 26 touches and six marks.
Youngster from the Eyre Peninsula Nick Pedro has also been a consistent performer at Reserves level. Pedro collected 20 touches and nine marks in his last outing against South.
Norwood will travel to Adelaide Oval on Sunday afternoon to face the Eagles in the second semi-final at 3:15pm.
Norwood’s Reserves will travel to City Mazda Stadium to face the Roosters in the second semi-final at 2:10pm.
