Norwood could be strengthened by the return of Mitch Carter, Ben Jefferies and Patrick Levicki ahead of their Round 12 Match against Port Adelaide next weekend.
Levicki hasn’t played since sustaining a quad injury after Norwood’s 57-point win against the Eagles.
With competition for spots Levicki will look to put his best foot forward after the bye as he aims to make a comeback against Port Adelaide at Alberton.
Tall forward Mitch Carter has looked to overcome a shoulder injury which he sustained against the Bloods in Round 10.
Carter came off the ground and didn’t return after quarter time.
However one man who will aim to prove his fitness in time for the match against the Magpies is medium sized midfielder Ben Jefferies.
The triple Premiership player injured his ankle, however has pulled up well in hopes of a return against our oldest rival.
Tall forward Luke Surman’s rehabilitation is on track after suffering a nasty elbow injury in Round 7. Surman is still approximately 3 weeks away.
Norwood faces Port Adelaide in Round 12 of the SANFL Maccas League at Alberton Oval on Sunday July 1.
