MATCH PREVIEW VS North Adelaide

North Adelaide host Norwood FC in Round 13 of the SANFL Maccas League at Prospect Oval on Saturday afternoon.

The Redlegs, returned to form last weekend running out 41-point winners against the Bays at Gliderol Stadium.

Norwood will look to claim another scalp on the road this weekend against the Roosters, who are coming off a heavy defeat at the hands of Sturt.

Norwood FC Coach, Jarrod Cotton said that this week is yet another test and knows that North will be ready to fight after falling to the Double Blues.

“North have some really dangerous forwards, a pretty even midfield and they have some youth which they have brought in over the last few weeks who are playing some really good footy.

“But like I’ve said many times before, we just have to worry about what we can control and bring our best football and if we do that it will go a long way in getting the result.”

Norwood’s form away from home has sensational so far in 2017, having claimed wins against South, Centrals, Glenelg and West Adelaide.

Cotton isn’t shying away from the fact that his side does in fact enjoy travelling, however isn’t getting too carried away knowing fully that there is plenty of football to be played.

“We have played really well away, which is a very good sign,” said Cotton.

“It means we are up for the challenge about going away and getting together as group to make sure we get the job done.

“So, it’s been a real positive for the group because last year it was something that we really struggled with.

“Overall, we are happy to play anywhere, but we just need to be consistent and play the best footy we can.
