REDLEGS coach Jarrod Cotton has some selection headaches for their match against the Bloods on Saturday afternoon.
After dominant performances against the Eagles and Centrals, Cotton has a fairly healthy list to choose from with a number of key players performing tremendously in the Reserves.
After missing Norwood’s Round 7 match against the Eagles with knee soreness, Brad McKenzie did his chances of being recalled no harm after a standout performance in the reserves against Centrals.
When the match was there to be won in the first half, McKenzie was the standout player on the ground. He finished the game with 33 disposals 11 marks and six tackles in the 22-point win.
Another fan favourite in Anthony Wilson performed reasonably well in his second game since overcoming his ankle injury.
Wilson had 15-disposals and two goals, while former Dog Caleb Edmead also hit the scoreboard kicking 2.3.
Youngster, Nick Pedro impressed gathering 25 disposals including six marks and four tackles.
Another up and coming player for the Redlegs Zac Richards continued his fine start to season to 2018. Richards performed strongly, gathering 23 disposals, three marks and five tackles.
Another tall option for the Redlegs could come from James Siviour. The 19-year old who stands at 195cm could lend hand in the ruck or up forward if coach Jarrod Cotton decides on a much taller look against the Bloods.
