NORWOOD could welcome back a host of stars for their blockbuster clash with Centrals on Friday night.
There will be one certain change at the selection table with gun forward Luke Surman sidelined for the next two months after dislocating his shoulder in Saturdays emphatic win over the Eagles.
In line to take his spot could be up and coming young forward Mitch Carter, who has impressed so far this season in the reserves.
Norwood’s inspirational skipper Jace Bode has completed a three-match ban which kept him sidelined since the Redlegs Round 3 loss to Glenelg.
Bode will add flexibility in the heart of defence however will need to prove his fitness during training this week.
Former Roo Brad McKenzie could also return to the starting line-up after overcoming knee injury which saw him miss the match with the Eagles last weekend.
The classy midfielder collected 19 disposals in Norwood’s Round 6 win against Port Adelaide and is a good chance to come straight back into the line-up.
In further good news, Norwood welcomed back small forwards Caleb Edmead and Anthony Wilson. Wilson spent time both forward and on the wing, while Edmead played as a forward for the majority of the match. The pair came away from the match unscathed booting four goals between them in their comeback games.
