Norwood FC Injury Update, August 22

BODE ON-TRACK FOR FIRST FINAL

After what was a heavy defeat against the Port Magpies on Sunday afternoon, Norwood were dealt a blow within the opening five minutes with forward Lewis Johnston injuring his quad. Johnston will be sent for scans; however, the diagnosis is a 2-4-week injury.

Defender, Patrick Levicki also came off clutching at his knee during the second quarter. Levicki, however returned to the field and played out the match.

Redlegs Captain, Jace Bode is progressing well from a hamstring injury and is on track to play the first final in two weeks. The news is similar for experienced small forward Simon Phillips, he is progressing well from his quad injury and is on track to play in the first final.
