Norwood’s Reserves has made it three wins in a row defeating North Adelaide by 43-points at Prospect.
Full-forward for Norwood Mitch Carter did his chances of being called up to the League team no harm kicking six goals straight, while consistent performer Darcy Pisani continued his good form collecting 29 disposals.
In what was a different side that faced Glenelg in Round three, the reserves controlled the match and were efficient in scoring finishing with three less inside 50’s (47-44) for the match.
New recruit for the Norwood Football Club, Mitch Wilkins played his first match of the year gathering 21 disposals and 6 marks, while youngster Chris Olsson pressed his claim for a recall collecting 24 touches and kicked two goals.
Local recruit from Old Ignatians, Will Abbott also had an impressive game collecting 19 disposals and recorded a game high nine tackles in his defensive inside role.
It was another good overall performance from the Reserves who lead in most areas including tackles (49-58) and marks (76-104).
The biggest margin of the contest came midway through the third term when the lead stretched out 59-points.
The Reserves next face Sturt on Sunday afternoon at 11:00am.
