Norwood Reserves have recorded one of their biggest wins of the year defeating Port Adelaide by 71-points at Alberton on Saturday afternoon.
Forward Harry Viney kicked an impressive six goals, while speedy wingman Joe Beilby also contributed kicking six majors of his own.
The Redlegs Reserves were dominant right from the get go managing the first 16 scoring shots of the match.
Premiership Player Callum Bartlett starred amassing 30 disposals and eight marks, while ball magnet Darcy Pisani continued his impressive form collecting 25 touches.
After a short lay off tall target Mitch Carter found his groove booting three goals on return, while Daniel Johnston, Caleb Edmead and Simon Phillips all kicked one a piece.
The Reserves also welcomed back key defender Patrick Levicki, who spent time in defence and also in the ruck. Levicki picked up 13 disposals and 23 hit outs.
The win puts Gavin Hughes’ men into third spot on the SANFL Reserves ladder, just one game behind leaders Glenelg.
The Reserves will have the week off before heading to Sturt in Round 14.
