The Norwood Football Club faces second placed North Adelaide on Sunday afternoon at Hickinbotham Oval in Round 8 of the SANFL Women’s League.
In what should be an entertaining fixture, the Lady Legs go into the clash bolstered by the return of two key players in Adelaide Crows Vice-Captain Sally Riley and Carlton midfielder Sophie Li.
Norwood also regains Rhiannon Busch after she missed last week’s match due to being un-available, while Cassie Tsoumbris returns to the side for the first time since Round 1.
Norwood faces a red hot North Adelaide outfit who pose the best offence in the league.
The Lady Legs are starting to hit some form themselves after recording back to back wins against Glenelg and Sturt.
Due to the return of AFL talent it has forced Coach, Steve Symonds to make four changes.
Alannah Rochow comes out of the side due to injury while Aajiah Jericho, Georgia Taylor and Alison Ferrell have all been omitted.
The Redlegs match up well against North Adelaide having defeated them in their last two encounters.
The last time Norwood defeated the Roosters was in Round 1 by a comfortable margin of 24-points.
