Norwood sign twins, Liam and Connor Ling

Norwood has signed twins Liam and Connor Ling for the 2025 season.

The 19-year-old Tasmanians are from the Glenorchy District Football Club north of Hobart, and represented the Tasmania Devils in the most recent Coates Talent League.

Connor was co-captain of the Devils during the Coates Talent League in 2024, and picked up the team’s Best and Fairest Award.

Playing through the midfield Connor averaged 20 disposals and 5.6 tackles per game, and played all 15 matches throughout the U18 season. He was also named on the Bench in the 2024 CTL Team of the Year.

Conor played five Tasmanian State League matches for Glenorchy in 2024, and named amongst the best players on all occasions.

Liam also played all 15 CTL games, averaging 15.6 disposals and 2.4 tackles per game. He kicked six goals for the Devils in 2024. He also made his TSL Debut for Glenorchy, playing five games and being named in the best four times.
