2025 SANFL U15 and U17 Girls Intrastate Carnival

The annual SANFL Girls U15 and U17 Intrastate Carnival kicked off yesterday, featuring the best crop of up-and-coming youth girls from across the State.

An important part of the SANFL talent development pathway, the three-day carnival allows teenage players with the opportunity to push for selection in the 2026 South Australian State teams.

This year also serves as a precursor to the inaugural SANFL U18 Girls Competition, set to kick off next year.

The high standard also allows the eight SANFL Clubs to observe the players’ performance against quality opposition before making selection decisions for 2026 academies.
