The Norwood Football Club is saddened by the passing of former club patron Warren Wilson.

Warren did an extraordinary amount of work for the club, including serving as the club’s patron for 10 years from 2004 to 2014.

Warren passed away on May 2, 2026, at the age of 87. His funeral will be held at the Norwood Football Club on Friday, May 15.

The players wore black armbands to recognise Warren during the Round 6 match against West Adelaide.
