The Norwood Football Club welcomes Dr. Darren Burgess as Guest Speaker in August

Darren is currently the High Performance Manager at Adelaide Football Club. Prior to this appointment Darren’s roles have included High Performance Manager at Melbourne Football Club, Director of High Performance at Arsenal Football Club, High Performance Manager at Port Adelaide Football Club, Head of Sports Science for Football Federation Australia and Head of Fitness and Conditioning at Liverpool Football Club. Darren worked as a lecturer in Exercise Science at Australian Catholic University in Sydney between 1997 and 2005 and completed his PhD in movement analysis of AFL and Soccer in 2012. Darren has had multiple papers published in peer review journals and has spoken at many international conferences

Guests will enjoy a 2-course meal and a 3-hour beverage package commencing August 26^th, 2022, at 12.30 for 1.00 pm. Cost is $110 per ticket or $1000 per table of 10. Seniors ticket at $90.
