FIP Coin Operational Information/Terms and Conditions

Starting in the 2025 Season, your FIP Coin credit is on your membership card and can be used at Coopers Stadium, including the Wolf Blass Community Centre, Premiers Bar, kiosks, and bar outlets, and at the Nor East.

How does it operate:

• For eligible memberships, an initial amount will be credited to your card by the Norwood Football Club (NFC) at the beginning of each season.
• You can top up the credit at any of the above outlets.
• The FIP Coin credit can be used at the above outlets. Simply present your card to our staff for scanning and debiting after purchase.
• Any promotions or incentives will be recognised and awarded to your card during the transaction.
• All the credits expire on October 31st of the current year/season.

Advantages:

• Enjoy discounts and promotions offered by the NFC on matchdays and at other events.
• No need to carry cash or use your credit card.
• Become part of the NFC loyalty programme.

Acceptance: Use of a FIP Coin constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein.

Membership Benefit Conditions: All Membership Benefits are valid only during the Membership Term and shall automatically expire thereafter.  All benefits are subject to availability, excluding Black-Out Dates, and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.

Non-Transferable Benefits:  Benefits may be used only by the Member and upon presentation of their membership card. Proof of identification may be required.

Cancellations: The NFC reserves the right to cancel the membership card if its member breaches any rules or code of conduct stipulated by the Club, but no refund will be issued until the membership card has been returned to NFC.

Add Credit: Your membership card has the ability to have FIP Coin credit placed on it at any Bar or Kiosk, via cash, Debit or Credit Cards.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the NFC, or their directors, be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages; and without limiting the generality thereof, including any loss, cost or damage to, or suffered by, the Member or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non-performance, including all claims, demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages of every type, nature or kind suffered by Members or others, resulting from the action, or inaction of the NFC or its agents or employees in connection with the Benefits provided to members.  In the event of a breach of any the provisions hereof by any Protected Party, the extent of any liability of any such Protected Party shall be limited to the amounts paid by Member as a subscription for membership in the marketing program.
