‘Count Me in Round’ – Gameday Guide

The Norwood Football Club is proud to be supporting the “Sockit2MND” initiative for our ‘Count Me In’ Round match against Central District in Round 12.

The Redlegs will be swapping our red socks for special blue socks in support of the fight against Motor Neurone Disease.

The day itself is in support of former Crow and current Norwood player Mitch Grigg, whose father Chris has Motor Neurone Disease (MND).

With Grigg’s father diagnosed in 2018 and Norwood past player Damien Lane losing his life to the disease, MND was chosen as the cause for Norwood’s annual ‘Count me in Round’, held during Round 12.

On the day the club will have beanies for sale as we look forward to seeing as many people support the team and the fight against MND!
