Glenelg too good for Norwood in Junior Boys clash

Norwood’s junior sides were outclassed by Glenelg at Alberton Oval on Wednesday night.

The Tigers ran out 33-point winners in the U18 Boys match, and 27-point winners in the U16s.

Kalani Fraser collected 25 disposals for the Redlegs in the U16 game, along with nine clearances and five tackles. Zephyr Thomson had 24 touches and kicked three goals in a standout performance in the 13.13-91 to 9.10-64 defeat.

For the U18s, Charlie Best continued his good early season form with 29 disposals and six clearances, while Will Tanner and Eddie Sorensen had 27.

The Juniors have a week off over Easter before heading to Noarlunga to play South Adelaide on Sunday, April 19.
