Grand Final Team Selection – Norwood add three to squad of 25

NORWOOD has named a squad of 25 to face North Adelaide in Sunday’s SANFL Hostplus Grand Final at Adelaide Oval.

After recording a gutsy come-from-behind win against Adelaide last Sunday, the Redlegs will look to record their first Grand Final victory since defeating Port Adelaide in 2014.

Senior Coach Jade Rawlings has named three potential inclusions for Sunday’s Grand Final.

Defender, Pierce Seymour is a chance to return following an ankle injury sustained in the Qualifying Final against Adelaide. Seymour is listed on the extended bench to add some further depth down back.

The dashing midfielder, Jai Larkins is another who could come into the side for the Grand Final. Larkins hasn’t featured since Round 19 and could be recalled adding some speed to the side.

Tough midfielder Mitch Cotter has also been named on the extended interchange. Cotter featured for Norwood in the Qualifying Final and remains a chance to return come Sunday afternoon.

Norwood faces North Adelaide in the 2022 SANFL Hostplus Grand Final from 3:00 pm at Adelaide Oval on Sunday afternoon.
