NORWOOD Senior Coach Jarrod Cotton could call upon Skipper Jace Bode to return to face his former side Sturt on Sunday afternoon at Unley.
Bode has spent the past two weeks in the Reserves stringing together some solid performances.
The veteran defender collected 21 disposals, nine marks and kicked a goal in his attempt to win a recall to the senior side.
Premiership forward Ed Smart will also be in the selection mix after lining up in the Reserves a fortnight ago.
Smart amassed 18 disposals including eight marks in the 27-point over the Roosters. The 26-year old could be a point of difference up forward, however, it will be match committee who will ultimately decide.
Mac Bower had 23 disposals and 10 tackles for the Reserves, and will no doubt be a chance to return to the Senior side this weekend.
Ruckman, Henry Crauford continued his good form in the Reserves collecting 15 disposals and winning 21 hit-outs.
Sam Buckham’s strong year in the Reserves continued with 23 touches and nine clearances, while Cody Szust had 13 touches and seven marks.
Norwood is unlikely to regain the services of defensive duo Brodie Carroll and Tom Forster for Sunday’s match against Sturt. Both will be given an extra week and are hopeful of returning against Central District in Round 17.
Promising youngster Cameron Taheny has also been ruled out due to college commitments.
