Injury Report – Defensive duo a test for selection

NORWOOD can confirm that it reported a clean bill of health following Saturday’s 49-point win against the Crows.

The Redlegs however could regain some key personnel for this Saturday’s trip to Woodville to face the Eagles.

Defensive duo Nick Pedro and Mitch Wilkins are likely to return following their absence against the Crows last weekend.

Pedro suffered a concussion three weeks ago against Centrals and therefore missed the game following due to the protocols set in place, while Wilkins suffered a back injury in the lead up to the clash with the Crows last week.

Both are firming to face the Eagles and are listed as tests.

Billy Haebich and James Warton are also both listed as tests for this weekends clash with the Eagles. Warton came off injured in the win against North Adelaide on Saturday, however, will need to get through training this week to put his hand up to face Woodville.

Captain Matthew Nunn is on the mend after suffering a hamstring injury in the state game a fortnight ago.

Scans have revealed that Nunn’s hamstring is on the lower end and is listed as a test for this Saturday’s game.

Midfielder Sam Buckham is listed as TBC after suffering a knee and foot injury four weeks ago.

Promising youngster Cooper Murley is another who is a chance to feature this weekend. Murley suffered an ankle injury whilst training with the Crows a month ago, however, is progressing well with him a chance for this Saturday.
