NORWOOD could welcome back several players for this weekend’s clash with the North Adelaide Football Club.
Midfield star Richard Douglas will be available for selection after missing last weeks clash with Sturt due to personal reasons, while youngster Xavier Tranfa will also be available after he missed last weeks clash due to illness.
Defender Daniel Fairbrother will make himself available for selection after passing all the necessary concussion protocols while experienced defender Michael Talia is progressing well from an ankle injury which could see him line up for Norwood in either round four or five.
Under 18 Premiership forward Finn Heard is a chance to return this week as he recovers from a back injury. Ruckman Henry Crauford is slowly increasing his training load which could see him return within the next fortnight.
After suffering an injury against South Adelaide in Round one James Warton is approximately three weeks away with an ankle injury, while Sam Duke has injured his shoulder is listed as indefinite.
Brad Ficken is five weeks post-operation and is continuing his rehab after suffering a knee injury and as for young ruckman Ned Carey he is progressing well from ankle surgery.
