Job Opportunity – Norwood FC SANFLW Senior Women’s Coach

The Norwood Football Club is seeking the services of a suitably qualified Senior Women’s Coach to lead, implement and manage the Women’s football program across the club, predominantly Senior Women’s teams.

This is part time with the potential scope to develop into a fulltime role with other duties within the club.

The role will report to the Chief Executive Officer and NFC Football Committee.  The part time role will be working closely with NFC SANFLW Football Manager.

The position represents a wonderful opportunity to work with the team at NFC and to drive the SANFLW program into a new era.

Key abilities and expertise include:

  • Senior Coaching experience, preferably within a State League and/or AFL environment.
  • Knowledge of the SANFLW football landscape and competition.
  • Ability to implement a comprehensive winning football strategy at senior SANFLW level.
  • Ability to build and develop a strong playing list.
  • Provide strong coaching, development and mentoring to players within the program.
  • Have strong values, with high standards and expectations of high performance across all areas.
  • Commitment to drive successful outcomes through the education and development of coaches.
  • Strong communication skills, leadership, and integrity.
