Melbourne Cup Day at the Norwood Football Club

The Race that Stops the Nation will certainly stop the Norwood Football Club in its tracks.

Enjoy the Melbourne Cup afternoon from the Norwood Football Club’s Wolf Blass Community Centre.

If you are one of the lucky ones to have the afternoon off, organise a table of 10 and let our catering team spoil you with an all-inclusive four-hour package (smaller groups are also welcome to book themselves in).

Should you wish to be a little less formal, enjoy the day with a cocktail style package or from one of our awesome boundary side barrels in the Premiers Bar terrace, we will cater for you too.

And for those that just wish to pop in, place a bet or two and watch the race on the big screens, we have you covered.

Canapés, grazing boards, or a two-course lunch & dessert boards will be available depending on your preferences. Drink packages will also be included in the ticketed format, and bar snacks are available from 4pm.

Melbourne Cup Sweeps, best dressed prizes and door prizes will be on offer… it wouldn’t be the Melbourne Cup without them.

Live music will be playing throughout the day.

Doors will be open from 12pm. Spend the afternoon, a couple of hours or just the main race at the Norwood Football Club on the First Tuesday of November.
