NORWOOD has recalled Skipper Jace Bode ahead of Sunday’s crunch clash with Sturt at Peter Motley Oval.
Bode has spent the past two weeks in the Reserves and looks set to return to the League squad this weekend.
The 31-year-old will add further experience to the Redlegs back half, as they face a very potent Double Blues attack.
Premiership forward Ed Smart is also set to return after a strong performance in the Reserves a fortnight ago.
Smart is a likely replacement for youngster, Cameron Taheny who is out due to College commitments.
Youngster Cam Ball also won’t feature at Unley due to a back complaint.
Cody Szust has also been included in the 24-man squad to face the Double Blues. Szust has been in good form in the Reserves and could add some further run to the Norwood line-up.
Sam Buckham has once again been included after a string of strong performances in the Reserves.
Buckham is averaging 19 disposals, going at 73% efficiency.
Meanwhile, tough defender Mac Bower has also been included to the 24-man squad after again impressing at Reserves level.
Matthew Nunn will line up for his 50th game for the Red and Blue. Nunn has established himself a certain starter in the Redlegs on-ball brigade alongside Matthew Panos, Sam Baulderstone and Mitch Grigg.
First bounce on Sunday afternoon is at 1.40pm, with the game to be broadcast live on the SANFL Digital Pass and Channel 7.
The Norwood Reserves will be in action on Sunday morning at 11:00am Unley Oval.
