Men’s Team Selection – Round Four

NORWOOD will welcome back gun midfielder Matthew Nunn for tomorrow’s nights traditional Easter clash with the Port Magpies.

Nunn is one of five inclusions with Brady Dawe, Chris Olsson, Brodie Carroll and Cameron Taheny all named in the extended squad of 24.

After fighting of a virus, Nunn looms as the like for like replacement for dual Magarey Medallist Mitch Grigg who earlier in the week accepted a one-match ban for striking.

Promising youngster Dylan Stephens also makes way due to AIS duties.

Running half-back Carroll has been named in the starting 18 and could make his Norwood debut tomorrow night. Carroll as been in very good form in the Reserves, collecting almost 20 touches per game at five marks.

Olsson and Taheny have also shown their worth in the Reserves, however they are no certainty to face the Magpies.

Grigg will only miss the week, while skipper Jace Bode is at least one more week away.

Our Reserves will kick off tomorrow nights action against the Panthers at 4:50pm, with the League starting at 7:20pm.
