NFC Wheelchair Match Report – Round 4 and 5

Rounds four and five were played last weekend. After a very tough Friday night, we were able to hold out for the narrowest of wins against Centrals on Sunday. 

Sturt again was able to show their dominance across the full court with a strong win. We were able to take some positives as we needed to manage our team rotation differently for this game. Unfortunately, big lessons were learned, nonetheless.

Out to an early lead against Centrals yesterday, they came back in the third and hit the lead late in the fourth term. We were fortunate enough to regain the lead back within the last few minutes to record a much-needed win.

A massive challenge is again ahead of us this Friday night against the Eagles. After coming off their first loss of the season we know this will be hard, but we welcome the task.
