Past Player of the Week – Kris Massie

Kris Massie was born in Sweden. He played some of his early football with the Dandenong Stingrays, and was selected by Carlton in the 1997 AFL draft at pick number seven.

Massie was with the Blues to the end of 2001 when he was traded to the Adelaide Crows. Whilst injuries restricted the utility to 43 AFL appearances at Carlton, Massie did play in the 1999 grand final against North Melbourne.
