Past Player of the Week – Matthew Suckling

Recruited from the Port Melbourne Football Club (VFL), Matthew Suckling’s junior clubs had included the Sandringham Dragons (TAC Cup) and East Burwood.

He transferred to Norwood for the start of the 2011 season and impressed immediately with his strong attack on the ball, clean hands and penetrating kicking.
