Past Player of the Week – Peter Mulraney

Peter Mulraney came to Norwood with his brother Jeff in 1970. Initially,  their club North Gambier refused them a clearance but Peter was able to make his league debut against West Torrens in round five, at Thebarton Oval.

The high leaping centre half back made an immediate impact on the Norwood side, controlling the key defensive position by the end of the season.
