Preliminary Final Team Selection – Seymour included in 25-man squad

NORWOOD has named three potential inclusions for Sunday’s Preliminary Final against the Crows at Adelaide Oval.

After recording a clean bill of health and more importantly a 21-point win against Glenelg in the First Semi-Final, Norwood have named an initial squad of 25 for this weekend.

Defender, Pierce Seymour who missed last weekend due to an ankle injury has been named on the extended bench, while forward duo Mitch Carroll and Xavier Tranfa have also been named as potential inclusions.

Carroll last featured at League level in Round 17 against Central District, while Tranfa’s last appearance at League level was Round 18 against Glenelg.

Both players if selected are sure to bring pressure inside the Redlegs forward 50 and impact the game at any stage.

Norwood’s initial squad of 25 is set to be trimmed to 22 on Saturday afternoon.

Norwood face Adelaide in the SANFL Hostplus Preliminary Final on Sunday afternoon at Adelaide Oval from 2:45pm.
