Round 8 Game Information – Norwood v Glenelg

Our Round 8 clash against the reigning Premiers Glenelg this Saturday at Coopers Stadium will be a day/night like no other! All three of our teams (Under 18, Reserves and League) will all be in action in a jam-packed triple header.

As a football club we are eager to get as many Redlegs fans as we can to the Parade. Here is some important information you need to know about this weekend:

  • Gates will open at 1:30pm for the Under 18s.
    • Under 18s – 2:00pm
    • Reserves – 4:40pm
    • League – 7:20pm
  • All Norwood Football Club match ticketed members and Glenelg season pass holders can enter with their barcoded 2020 membership cards.
  • All other spectators, including members without match access and non-members, are encouraged to pre-purchase their tickets online here. Please note: children under 18 are granted free entry.
  • Tickets will also be available at the gates. However, for contact tracing, spectators purchasing at the gate must provide contact details before entering the venue.
  • Unaccompanied U18s without a membership card also will be required to provide contact details upon entry.
  • Ticketed members with match access cards and spectators pre-purchasing tickets online are not required to provide contact details at the gates
  • If spectators coming to the game wish to consume ANY alcohol you must always be seated.
  • The Norwood Football Club will allow spectators to bring their own fold-out chairs to sit around the ground,
  • Spectators travelling to the game will need to be aware of road works located at the end of Woods Street on Beulah Road which may cause congestion.

Please note, the Western Stand will only be limited to the first 200 people for Saturday’s clash against Glenelg. Entry is via gate 4 and the first 200 people will be given a wrist band when they enter the Western Grandstand by Coopers Corner. Social distancing always applies, if you are a family member you may sit next to each other, however if you are not, you MUST sit 1.5 metres apart.

Please note, the only Grandstand which will be made available for the public is the Southern Stand, which will be limited to the first 200 people in which social distancing always applies. We ask that you adhere to social distancing of 1.5 metres, apply good hygiene protocols, listen to officials, and stay home if unwell.
