NORWOOD will be bolstered by the return of experienced duo Paul Puopolo and Mitch Grigg when the Redlegs do battle with the Crows on Saturday afternoon.
The Redlegs are coming off back-to-back wins against the Panthers and Dogs and set their sights on a third win in succession after enjoying the bye last weekend.
Puopolo, who missed Norwood’s round seven clash with Centrals due to soreness is a welcomed addition to the Redlegs forward line.
Fan favourite and dual Magarey Medallist Mitch Grigg also returns to the side after spending a couple of weeks in the Reserves.
Grigg is a like for like replacement for skipper Matthew Nunn who is out after suffering a hamstring injury in the State Game last weekend.
Defender, Mac Bower will play his first League game since 2019 after showing some good form in the Reserves. Bower has struggled with a back injury over the last couple of seasons, however, returns to the senior fold to replace Mitch Wilkins who is out due to injury.
Nick Pedro will also not feature against the Crows after he suffered a concussion in the win at Elizabeth two weeks ago.
The Reserves will be bolstered by three important ins, as Emmanuel Irra (Hamstring), James Warton (Ankle) and Josh Richards (Adductor) all return from injury to face North Adelaide.
Norwood’s match with Adelaide begins at 1:35 pm and will be streamed live and free on Channel 7. The Reserves will feature before that game at 10:40 am against North Adelaide.
