SANFLW: Norwood to blood two more debutants

NORWOOD has named its side for its Round five clash with Glenelg on Saturday afternoon.

The Redlegs will look to record their fourth win in a row and keep hold of top spot, after a convincing 22-point win over the reigning Premiers North Adelaide last weekend.

Coach Mat Creeper has made two forced changes, as promising youngsters Alana Lishmund and Jade Halfpenny have been called up to the Under 19 State Team, while Liz Drake suffered a quad injury in the win over the Roosters.

With three confirmed outs, Norwood regains speedster Tesharna Maher after missing the past two weeks with an ankle injury while Creeper has opted to blood another pair of debutants in Cammie Williams and Celestina Dona.

Both players feature for Morphetville Park at local level and will inject confidence and speed into the line-up.

Williams is a key defender who reads the ball extremely well, while Dona can play both up forward and through the midfield.

The Redlegs face the Bays on Saturday afternoon at 12:00 pm at Coopers Stadium.
