Norwood is set to blood eight Club debutants in its Round One SANFL Women’s clash with North Adelaide, at City Mazda Stadium on Friday night.
Canberra duo Najwa Allen and Hannah Dunn, former Crow Sophie Armitstead and youngster Tahlia Meyer are amongst the new Redlegs selected following strong performances in Norwood’s trial match victory over Sturt.
Co-Captains Leah Cutting and Rebekka McMahon are both in the line-up, amongst star midfielder Monique Hollick.
Defenders Erica Sporn and Jessica Macolino will make their debuts, along with Jiarna Zerella and Hannah Priest.
Tough midfielder Michele Reid has been listed amongst the interchange along with Lindsay Bigg and newly promoted Vice-captain Alison Ferrall.
Bella Smith and Ashlee Gould will be emergencies.
The Lady Legs will look to continue their good form against the Roosters after defeating them in last year’s Preliminary Final by eight-points.
Entry to City Mazda Stadium is free and the first bounce is at 6.00pm.
For those who cannot make it, the game will be broadcast live SANFL Digital Pass.
