Job Opportunity – Norwood FC SANFLW Strength & Conditioning Coach

The Norwood Football Club is seeking the services of a suitably qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach for its Senior Women’s squad.

In 2026, the Senior Women’s pre-season will commence in November 2025, carrying out an important strength & conditioning program to prepare the squad for a successful SANFLW season.  This is a vital role, working closely with and reporting to the Senior Women’s Coach Ben Hunt and Female Football Manager Kelly Rossi.

The position represents a wonderful opportunity to work with the team at NFC and highly motivated female footballers at a club committed to success.

Key abilities and expertise include:

• Strength & conditioning coaching experience within a sporting environment
• Knowledge of the SANFLW football landscape and competition.
• Provide strong leadership and coaching to help players improve themselves within the program.
• Have strong values, with high standards and expectations of high performance across all areas.
• Strong communication skills, leadership, and integrity.
