Team Selection – Hamilton and Abbott to return

NORWOOD has recalled Declan Hamilton and Will Abbott ahead of their final match of the 2020 Statewide Super League Season.

With the Redlegs falling to South Adelaide last week, it has ruled out any possible chance of making the 2020 SANFL Finals.

Norwood will line up tomorrow night as they honour ruckman Sam Baulderstone who will play his final match after announcing his retirement earlier in the week.

Coach Senior Coach Cotton will make at least three changes to the squad who struggled at Noarlunga last week.

Wingman/forward Declan Hamilton will return to the starting 22 after a strong performance in the Reserves last Saturday.

Hamilton will be joined by hardman Will Abbott who missed last week’s game with a hip complaint.

Promising youngster Daniel Fairbrother has been ruled out due to personal reasons, while both Luke Surman and Emmanuel Irra will not feature against the Bloods due to injury.

Defender Jack Heard and bustling forward Sam Barnett will be eager to make their debuts tomorrow night and again have been named on the extended bench.

Fellow defender Tyler Martin could also make his debut tomorrow night after stringing some good form in the Reserves, while Codey Ellison could earn an immediate recall after missing last week.

The Redlegs take on the Bloods in the final Round of the SANFL tomorrow night at 7:40pm at Coopers Stadium.

The game will be streamed live on the SANFL Digital Pass from 7:40pm.
