NORWOOD will make at least two changes for its Round 8 match against Glenelg with key defender Michael Talia all but certain to return from injury.
Talia has missed the past four games with a hamstring injury sustained in the Round 3 loss against Woodville.
The tall defender will be joined by at least one other teammate with Norwood naming an extended squad of 25 for Saturday night.
The extended bench is made up from Reserves Magarey Medallist Jed Spence, Jack Heard, Jacob Collins, Chris Lodovici, Isaac Saywell and Emmanuel Irra.
Utility Lewis Johnston will make way after injuring his quad against the Panthers, while wingman Declan Hamilton is also out after suffering an ankle injury last Sunday.
In better news for Norwood, upcoming midfielder Cole Gerloff will most likely make his return from injury this weekend in the Reserves. The 21-year-old suffered an ankle injury in Norwood’s Round 2 clash with North Adelaide, however, is all but locked in for his first game back on Saturday provided he pulls up well from the final training session tonight.
The Redlegs Round 8 clash against the reigning Premiers Glenelg this Saturday at Coopers Stadium will be a day/night like no other! All three of our teams (Under 18, Reserves and League) will all be in action in a jam-packed triple header.
Gates will open at 1:30pm for the Under 18s.
All games will be streamed live on the SANFL Digital Pass.
