Norwood’s SANFLW side heads to Hisense Stadium this Sunday for a Women’s League double header, taking on North Adelaide.

The Redlegs will be keen to shake off back to back losses to start the 2025 season, and topple the Roosters, who last week had a good win against reigning premiers South Adelaide.

North kept the potent Panthers offence to just one goal in Round 2 and secured an impressive nine-point win.

The Roosters look a much improved side from last season when they recorded just two wins in an eighth placed finish.

Norwood have had a tough start to the season, also playing South Adelaide in Round 1 followed up with a loss to West Adelaide last weekend, 5.12-42 2.3-15.

The Redlegs have made two changes for Sunday’s match, with Shai Hiscock returning from an elbow injury and Amelia Rusden elevated from the Development League side.

Mykaela Walker (concussion) and Jiarna Zerella come out of the side.

Norwood’s Development League side take on North Adelaide in a Round 5 match from 4:40pm on Sunday, with the Redlegs hoping to make it five straight wins to start the season.
