VALE Roy Stratford

Roy John Stratfold 8.10.1939 – 14.11.2025

The Norwood Football Club is saddened by the passing of former player Roy Stratfold.

Roy joined Norwood in 1956 as a junior and the following year was captain on the senior colts. Reserves football in 1958 was followed by selection in the league side in 1959. He was also a fine cricketer with an 18 year career at the East Torrens Cricket Club.
