Wheelchair Match Report – Round 2

Waiting for what seemed like months to get back on court after our Round 1 loss was worth the wait. Our team got the job done against Central Districts on Sunday at the Lightsview Community Centre.

It was a good start for the team to get a few early goals in the first term to regain some confidence. A four-quarter effort for us as we didn’t want to ease up on any of our pressure, this game can turn around very quickly with multiple goals within seconds.

We know we have an extremely hard challenge this Friday night against undefeated Sturt who have shown their strength and dominance early. This will then be followed up by a quick turnaround with Rd 4 just two days later where we replay Woodville West Torrens and hope to equal the ledger with them.
