Will Rowlands named Round 11 Torrens University MVP

William Rowlands had a day out in our round 11 match-up with West Adelaide, kicking 4.1 and finishing with 17 disposals, five marks, four tackles and one clearance. Rowlands’ strength around the football and aerial presence was a stand out in his game.

Rowlands had the play of the day as he flew back with the flight and took a pack mark just seconds before the half-time siren sounded. Rowlands went back and kicked the goal after the siren which lifted the Norwood boys as they went into the halftime break. As a bottom-age player, Rowlands’ ability to impact the game and hit the scoreboard is outstanding and we look forward to seeing what he can do through the rest of 2022 and beyond.
