Teakle Cup 2024

The Norwood Football Club is returning to its regional zone of the Eyre Peninsula this April for the annual Teakle Cup SANFL match between the Redlegs and West Adelaide.

The Round 3 SANFL match will take place on April 20, 2024 at Centenary Oval in Port Lincoln (2:10pm start).

Tickets for the match are now available via the link here (Adults $18, Concession $11, U18 free).

And if you can’t manage to buy online, tickets are still available at the gate – Adults $20, Concession $12 and Under 18s are still free.

Match Day Marquee

As part of the game-day spectacle our club will again have the match-day marquee set up on the wing. This is the perfect place to watch the footy while enjoying a five-hour food and beverage package, including great local produce matched with wines from Peter Teakle and Barossa Boy. Coopers beer and soft drinks will also be available.

VIP Welcome Evening at Peter Teakle Wines

The VIP Welcome evening for the 2024 Teakle Cup event will be held on Friday, April 19 in the award-winning restaurant Line and Label at the magnificent Peter Teakle Wines, Port Lincoln.

The evening will kick off with a behind the scenes tour and tasting at the award-winning Peter Teakle Wines Cellar Door, guided by Ben Teakle, Managing Director of Teak Corp.

The night offers Peter Teakle wines and canapés from the Line & Label, who source the freshest produce from the land and sea, and proudly showcase local Eyre Peninsula producers on their menu.

Enjoy a relaxed few hours of wonderful food and wine with other guests, hear from the Captains and Coaches of both the Norwood and West Adelaide Football Clubs as we officially launch the Teakle Cup for 2024.

We will offer a coach service departing from the Port Lincoln Hotel at 6.15 pm sharp, arriving 6.30pm. A return service will also operate from 10.00pm.
