Norwood’s challenging SANFLW season has hit another stumbling block, going down to North Adelaide by 21 points at Prospect Oval on Sunday.
The Redlegs have now fallen to 2-5 and sit two wins outside the top four following the 8.3-51 to 4.6-30 defeat at the hands of the third placed Roosters.

Mykaela Walker got Norwood going in the final term with an early goal, but the Roosters were able to hold the Redlegs at bay with the rest of the game going goal for goal.
Amelia Rusden gave Norwood the slightest chance, goaling at the 16-minute mark to return the 16-point margin, but Aprille Crooks managed the sealer for the Roosters to help the home side to their fourth win of the season.
Jade Halfpenny was Norwood’s best with 20 disposals, six tackles, six clearances and four marks. Emma Clark had 16 disposals, while Lottie Almond and Candice Belbin had 14 apiece.
