In the Mix – Who’s pushing for selection in Round Eight?

NORWOOD is likely to recall speedster Anthony Wilson for Friday nights clash with West Adelaide.

Wilson missed Norwood’s Round eight clash with the Eagles, however, is set to return from a niggling calf injury sustained in the 2019 State Game a fortnight ago.

On-baller Josh Richards could also earn a call up this week after a strong month in the Reserves.

Richards has been averaging 23-disposals for the year and could be brought in to bolster the Redlegs midfield.

Pacey midfielder Chris Olsson is also in the mix to play, while Luke Surman looks set to return next week.

Mac Bower went back to the Reserves last weekend and was extremely impressive, collecting 26 touches in a commanding defensive display.

Nick Pedro could also make his return at some level this weekend, however, will need to get through training to feature.

The final teams will be announced on Thursday evening.
