Defender Tom Forster put in a strong performance in his first game back from injury, finishing with 24 disposals, 12 marks and five inside 50’s.

Cam Ball (20 disposals), Sam Buckham (17) and Cody Szust (19) also continue to press their claims for a senior call-up.

Forward Luke Surman appears likely to return to football this weekend – after suffering a rib injury against South in Round 14 – but it remains unclear whether it will be in the League or Reserves.

Duo Brodie Carroll and Lachlan Charlton are also both expected to return after missing the past couple of matches with injury.

Norwood will name its final side on Thursday evening, ahead of another important clash with West Adelaide on Friday night at City Mazda Stadium.
