Norwood has named an extended bench for its Round 3 encounter against the Double Blues tomorrow night.

Small forward Jiarna Zerella and Emma Clarke have been recalled; however are no certainty to feature after being named on the extended interchange.

Symonds has decided to go with a very similar squad, who defeated the 2018 Premiers last weekend.

Canberra recruits Najwa Allen and Hannah Dunn have been a shining light for Norwood thus far, combing for five goals and gathering over 100 disposals between the two of them.

Ex-Crow Monique Hollick, was at her damaging best last weekend, with her ability to run, carry and deliver inside 50.

Norwood’s final 22 will be named on Friday afternoon.

The Lady Legs’ will return to the Parade to take on Sturt at Coopers Stadium this Friday night.

The first bounce is at 7:55pm.
