Norwood hosts top of the table Glenelg at Coopers Stadium on Saturday as the Redlegs strive to continue their mid-season revival with a fourth straight win.
Saturday’s huge clash sees the continuation of SANFL First Nations Round, with the Redlegs again wearing their 2023 First Nations guernsey designed by SANFLW player Tesharna Maher.

The Redlegs have named an extended bench for Round 12, with Izaak Twelftree, Mitchell Carroll and Tristan Binder all added to the side that defeated Sturt last Sunday.
No players have been omitted from last week’s side.
Both sides are coming off a victory, with the Bays currently on a 10-game winning streak, a win for the Redlegs will keep their finals hopes alive.
Jacob Kennerely will play his 50th League match on Saturday and is hoping there are many more to come.
“It’s great to reach this milestone, 50 games for this club over the past two and a half years means a lot. I grew up playing for Norwood from the EP and they have done a lot for me,” said Kennerely.
“Hopefully there are 50 or 100 more, I am loving it so far.”
After slow start to the season, the Redlegs have rebounded from a 0-8 start to record three consecutive wins, and Kennerely believes they are capable of continuing that momentum against the competition’s pacesetters on Saturday.
“We have gone back to basics, our training is back in line and we have built up our fitness base – we have trained really hard,” he said.
“We know we are not far away (from the top five) and that if we keep performing week after week, and not focusing on the end result, we will give ourselves the best chance.
“They (Glenelg) are firing at the moment, they have a lot of talented and respected players on their list so we just need to play every contest on its merits, and I back in our defenders against their strong forward line.”
