Norwood’s SANFLW side will host South Adelaide at Coopers Stadium on Friday night.
The Redlegs have made one change from their Round 7 loss to West Adelaide, with Kate Alexander returning from State Football commitments at the expense of Emma Clark.
Norwood will be hoping to bounce back from a nine-point loss to the Bloods at Coopers Stadium last Saturday, which knocked the Redlegs out of the top four.
After seven matches, Norwood has a 3-4 win-loss record and sits fifth on a very tight premiership ladder. Two wins separate the second placed Panthers and seventh placed Sturt.
It’s another big game for Norwood as it hosts the Panthers, to ensure they stay in touch with the top four as the season ticks past the half-way this weekend.
South is coming off an impressive 30-point win over reigning premiers Central District in what was a grand final re-match.
Norwood defeated South in Noarlunga in Round 2, 6.9-45 to 3.7-25.
The Redlegs game gets underway at 7:10pm at The Parade tomorrow night. The Development League side concluded their season last Saturday, finishing in third place.
