SANFLW Team Selection – Allen added to Norwood squad

NORWOOD will be bolstered by the addition of 2019 Best and Fairest and Crows midfielder Najwa Allen for Saturday’s clash with South Adelaide.

The Redlegs will look to record win number eight on Saturday after a hard-fought 10-point win over West Adelaide.

Amongst the inclusion of Allen, Jade Davies will play her first game of the year after featuring for the Redlegs twice in 2020.

Davies is likely to assist in form forward Rosetta Zerella in for the Redlegs forward 50 as she looks to provide another target for the Redlegs on-ball brigade.

Lockdown defender Shai Hiscock has also been recalled after putting together some good form in the Reserves.

Unfortunately for Norwood will be without ruck Leah Cutting after she suffered an injury in her 50^th SANFL game last weekend, while duo Ella Murison and Gabby Gormlie have both been omitted.

The Redlegs face South Adelaide on Saturday afternoon at 11:00am at Coopers Stadium. The game can be viewed live on the SANFL Digital Pass.
