FIP Coin Operational Information/Terms and Conditions

Your FIP Coin Card is a Debit Card that can be used at Coopers Stadium at the Wolf Blass Community Centre, Premiers Bar, Kiosk, and Bar Outlets.

How does it operate:

• An initial amount will be credited to your card by the NFC.
• This can be used at the above outlets.
• After your purchase, your card will be swiped and debited the amount spent.
• Any promotions or incentives will be recognised and awarded to your card during the transaction.
• You can replenish the card at any of the above outlets and by going online at the NFC website.

Advantages.

• Utilise discounts and promotions offered by the NFC on matchdays and other events.
• No need to carry cash or use your credit card.
• Become part of the NFC loyalty programme.
• Opportunity through discounts at NFC sponsors.

If your card is lost contact the Administration and your card will be terminated, with another card issued with any remaining funds transferred to the new card.

• Acceptance: Use of a FIP Coin card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein.
• FIP Coin Card: The FIP Coin card is the property of the issuing agent and must be returned upon request. FIP Coin cards are valid for the Membership Term as embossed on the FIP Coin card, which is one year after the initial purchase date. FIP Coin cards do not allow entry to any SANFL Matches and can only be used as per the designated membership benefits.
• Membership Benefit Conditions: All Membership Benefits are valid only during the Membership Term and shall automatically expire thereafter.  All benefits are subject to availability, excluding Black-Out Dates, and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
• Non-Transferable Benefits: 
  Benefits may be used only by the Member and upon presentation of their valid FIP Coin Card. Proof of identification may be required.
• Lost/Stolen FIP Coin Cards Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported to the NFC. A processing fee of ten USD (US$10) will be charged for each replacement FIP Coin card, which will be issued with the same expiration date as the first card.
• Cancellations: The NFC reserves the right to cancel the membership card if its member breaches any rules or code of conduct stipulated by the Club, but no refund will be issued until the membership card has been returned to NFC.
• Credit Card: Your membership card has the ability to have credit placed on it by replenishing it at any Bar or Kiosk, via cash, Debit or Credit Cards.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the NFC, or their directors, be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages; and without limiting the generality thereof, including any loss, cost or damage to, or suffered by, the Member or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non-performance, including all claims, demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages of every type, nature or kind suffered by Members or others, resulting from the action, or inaction of the NFC or its agents or employees in connection with the Benefits provided to members.  In the event of a breach of any the provisions hereof by any Protected Party, the extent of any liability of any such Protected Party shall be limited to the amounts paid by Member as a subscription for membership in the marketing program.
